How do I know which session is right for me?

The Classic Session is a popular choice. It allows you time to ease into the shoot and get comfortable with the camera, resulting in more natural poses and a greater chance at capturing those special in between moments. For someone who would like a few professional looking images on a budget, the Mini Session is a great option. You still have control over the details, but at a price that won't break the bank. Families looking for real, authentic images of their everyday lives might want to consider a documentary session. This session will allow me to follow you around as you go about your day, truly capturing the essence of your family.

It's a gift everyone should consider at least once in their lifetime.

What should I wear?

While you have the freedom to change your outfit as often as you like during the session, full wardrobe changes can eat through a lot of precious shooting time. I recommend bringing a grab bag of jackets/shoes/accessories that will allow you to alter your look in the quickest way possible. If you are including the family it's good to coordinate colors/styles but not to the point that you all look identical. This takes away from the naturalness of the images.

How many images can I expect to receive?

Classic Sessions average 30-40 images, while mini sessions are usually 10-15. Documentary sessions yield approximately 30-40 as well, though these images are tastefully selected to tell the story of your family. While I do try to return as many of the images taken as possible, the exact amount you receive is dependent on a lot of different factors including lighting, wardrobe changes, number of locations etc.

How long will it take to get my photos?

I know you are excited to see them right away and I promise to do my best to deliver them as soon as possible.

The latest you can expect to get your photos is 3-4 weeks after the session.

I see you do weddings, but are you available for other events?

Yes! I've taken pictures at all kinds of events from concerts, red carpets, parades, festivals and sporting events to birthday parties, baptisms, weddings and so much more. The sky is the limit.
